An unlikely circumstance of utilities over-usage could be a reason for an additional charge. The pool can be heated for an additional fee. The additional fee is $179/day. This house is located in Beverly Hills and obviously near Hollywood and the valley. It’s wonderfully located near Santa Monica beach and so many amazing parts of LA. Enjoy hiking nearby or go hike Runyon Canyon or take a Uber over to Venice Beach to view some interesting people :-).Everyone knows Beverly Hills is the best part of LA. I highly recommend checking this location out.

You can Uber or simply get a rental car. LA is a town where you drive around because everything is super spread out. If you don’t want to drive Uber is a wonderful tool.
