Even with a big group, the stay was super comfortable. Everything was well set up and we had everything we needed. I think this trip will stick with us as a really great memory!

We had a great stay! The house is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood with shopping and food close by. The house is gorgeous inside. The beds are large with nice linens and the bathrooms are pristine. There are large TVs everywhere! We were in Santa Clarita for my mom’s memorial and Katy gave us the ok to have my siblings and their spouses over for dinner. The layout is perfect for a gathering. We loved the sectionals, the dining table, the glassware and serving pieces. It made for a lovely evening. We would definitely recommend this home. Katy and her team were very responsive when I contacted them. Thanks for a great stay!

The house was perfect for our family of 9. Plenty of space and plenty of towels! We appreciated all the little extras such as the toiletries. Hosts were friendly and responsive. House was clean and beautiful! Would definitely recommend!

Katy & Team made our stay a vacation to remember! Any questions we had were answered in a very timely manner. We really needed an early check in because of my two little grandsons and they were so very kind and accommodating about it. Another perk was the beautiful fruit trees which they allowed us to pick and eat from! It was such a fun experience for us all and they were so delicious. Being dog friendly was also very important to us and that is hard to find. We LOVED the swimming pool and hot tub and would have enjoyed it everyday but we weren’t able to afford any more days. The rooms were very spacious and beautifully decorated. The only recommendation I would offer is to have an extra lock on the back doors to keep the little ones away from the pool for safety reasons. We made sure that we took great care of the place and tried to leave it in as good as shape as we found it. Thank you for providing us with our dream get away!

We had a brief trip to visit family, and this home was absolutely perfect for our group. It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had a great modern design throughout. The space felt open, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out. The home was also adequately stocked with everything we needed, which made our stay easy and stress-free. We really loved the style, the cleanliness, and how welcoming the space felt overall. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone visiting Santa Clarita!

We had an excellent stay at this LA home. The house was spotless, well-designed, and extremely comfortable, with everything needed for a seamless visit. The pool was a standout—private, clean, and perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location was convenient yet quiet, making it easy to enjoy both downtime and the city. The host was responsive and professional throughout. Overall, this property delivers exactly what it promises and then some. Highly recommended, and we would gladly stay here again.

Convenient location and good layout for a family. Host team responded promptly to our questions. Kitchen and laundry appliances were nice and new. Bathrooms were a bit sparse and lacked any towel hooks or hanging bars. But overall the house worked well for our family visit.

Our family arrived late in the evening. Check in was easy and everything was in place for us to settle in and get a good night's sleep. We had ordered supplies and groceries for delivery the next morning and settled in quickly. Everyone felt very much at home, and our group included guests from age 12 to age 72. We were all extremely satisfied and enjoyed our stay. We were able to come and go and see the sights, and to relax and enjoy all this home offered at the end of each day. We had no reason to contact Katy and her team. They have everything in place to make this house feel like home. We could not have been more pleased. Thank you to the team who made this possible!

Our family enjoyed a very special first-ever gathering of everyone. This home was welcoming, attractive, comfortable, spacious and well furnished, including awesome TVs which worked well. Beds were fresh and so clean smelling. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. That whole master area is beautiful! The highlight was the neighborhood was so peaceful and family friendly, and walking and the park and biking paseos were steps away. Just brilliant. We will be back for sure. A very special place.
