Pool heating: Pool heating is $199 per day each day you booked; 3-day minimum (as it takes one day to heat). Please let us know what days and times you want the pool heated so we can schedule it for your stay. Please note that for stays of 28 days or longer, a monthly utilities fee applies. The amount may vary depending on the season - usually $25-$65/day. BBQ: Please note we provide a BBQ grill and empty propane tanks. If you would like our staff to fill up the propane tank for you it's $69/per tank. Otherwise, the tanks can be filled at a nearby propane gas station or store for only the cost of the propane. Please let us know if you have any questions. PETS: This home is pet friendly and there is a $250 pet cleaning fee. This fee is per pet. Important Note for Late or Last-Minute Bookings: Thank you for your reservation! Please note that for bookings made after 4 PM or for same-day arrivals, we may not always have time to fully refresh the property before your check-in, depending on the timing of your reservation.
