Pool heating: Pool Heating is at an additional cost of $169/day with a 3-day minimum. It takes a day to heat the pool so let us know 48 hrs. before check-in if you want the pool heated and at what temperature. *89-92 is recommended. Pricing may increase depending on the current rates of the gas company. BBQ: Please note we provide a BBQ grill and empty propane tanks. If you would like our staff to fill up the propane tank for you it's $69/per tank. Otherwise, the tanks can be filled at a nearby propane gas station or store for only the cost of the propane. Please let us know if you have any questions. This home is pet friendly and there is a $250 pet cleaning fee. This fee is per pet. For rentals of 28 days or longer, a flat, non-refundable utilities fee is required. This fee is calculated based on the size of the property and seasonal usage, and must be paid upfront. Important Note for Late or Last-Minute Bookings: Thank you for your reservation! Please note that for bookings made after 4 PM or for same-day arrivals, we may not always have time to fully refresh the property before your check-in, depending on the timing of your reservation.
