Pool and spa heating for under 28 nights stays: Pool heating is $189 per day each day you booked; 3-day minimum. Please let us know what days and times you want the pool heated so we can schedule it for your stay. Above ground SPA heating is included to the reservation. Please note that for stays of 28 days or longer, a monthly utilities fee applies. The amount may vary depending on the season. Using the pool heater daily will increase the daily fee $30-$50 additionally. Please let us know if you want to heat the pool ahead of time. This home is pet friendly and there is a $250 pet cleaning fee. This fee is per pet. Important Note for Late or Last-Minute Bookings: Thank you for your reservation! Please note that for bookings made after 4 PM or for same-day arrivals, we may not always have time to fully refresh the property before your check-in, depending on the timing of your reservation. If you notice anything that needs attention upon arrival, please don’t hesitate to message us - we’re happy to send someone out the next day to take care of it.
